Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop thorough treatment plans based on individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment details promptly, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools as part of the clinical evaluation process to inform treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized positive behavior support plans aimed at fostering client autonomy and well-being.

• Engage with local service systems and community partners, acting as a liaison to facilitate access to necessary resources for clients.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

• Maintain open communication channels among team members and with clients to uphold the agency's mission and contractual obligations.

• Seek out professional development opportunities, attending workshops and conferences to enhance personal and professional skillsets.

• Advocate for the mental health community by representing Scriptmed at local, state, and national meetings.

• Perform additional duties as required by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from those grappling with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma, to individuals living with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Each LMHC is tasked with understanding the unique experiences and needs of their clients, ensuring that interventions and support provided are well-informed and impactful. The focus is always on empowering clients towards recovery and improved quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
\n
• Must hold valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) issued by the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
\n
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills based on clinical knowledge and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a $3,000 hire-on bonus for new staff members to support your transition into our team.
