Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Decide to Believe Recovery Clinic, you will work primarily with pre-screened, low-acuity clients. These clients present a scope of needs that require sensitivity, understanding, and genuine care. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or a PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, client-centered approach, demonstrating understanding and responsiveness to diverse backgrounds and needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of relevant experience is mandatory, candidates with backgrounds in telehealth counseling, crisis intervention, or specialized therapeutic practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded.
