Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients through virtual sessions using video chat platforms, focusing on improving their mental health.

• Facilitate in-depth discussions about feelings, experiences, and relationships to help clients gain self-insight.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients, assisting them in the identification and pursuit of personal and therapeutic goals.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop customized treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach aligned with best practices in the field.

• Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal to access resources specific to your state and specialty, enhancing your practice efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a highly curated clientele, all of whom are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and present with low acuity needs. This facilitates a therapeutic environment that is conducive to growth and healing. Your interactions will mostly involve individuals who exhibit a strong motivation to improve their mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
\n
• Possession of an independent mental health license, such as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW as issued by the respective state board. Please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Expertise in professional evaluations, therapeutic decision-making, and treatment planning.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a compassionate outlook.
\n
• Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for a candidate who has a history of effectively managing a diverse caseload in a virtual setting. Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with online therapy platforms will be advantageous. Moreover, experience in collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , which is contingent on your caseload and previous experience. Additional benefits include:
