Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions as well as family and group therapy, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the specific needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address both mental health and substance use disorders.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in distress, offering support and referrals to ensure ongoing assistance as required.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in team meetings and case conferences to uphold the highest standards in clinical practice and enhance your professional development.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage and track client data effectively, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
