Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the diverse needs of our geriatric patients, considering their medical history, cognitive abilities, and social circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention, designed specifically for the elderly demographic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist in California.

• A deep understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect with elderly patients and their families empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly with older adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
