Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and craft individualized treatment plans reflecting their unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group counseling tailored to various age groups, including adolescents and children, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and continuously monitor client progress through regular documentation, including treatment plan adjustments based on clinical assessments.

• Engage in family therapy, as appropriate, to enhance support systems and improve overall treatment outcomes.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to determine clients' treatment needs effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend regular supervision meetings to discuss case management and ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health trends, ethical guidelines, and best practices in individual and family counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and teenagers to adults and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
