Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments: Utilize your clinical skills to gather detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and analyze diagnostic evaluations to form an accurate clinical picture.
• Develop individualized treatment plans: Collaborate with supervising physicians to create tailored treatment strategies that ensure optimal health outcomes for patients.
• Perform minor surgical interventions: Under the direct guidance of attending physicians, carry out necessary procedures that may include suturing, casting, and other surgical tasks relevant to patient care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance: Provide clear, evidence-based information on medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to empower patients toward better health.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation: Ensure all patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up care discussions are meticulously recorded, complying with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse array of patients in our surgical center, addressing a wide range of health issues and needs. The patient population includes individuals requiring surgical interventions, pre-operative assessments, and post-operative care. Your role will enable you to positively influence recovery and ensure patients are informed and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Demonstrated strong clinical abilities with a capacity to function independently while adhering to practice guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing a commitment to providing compassionate care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a surgical or urgent care environment preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate accurate documentation and communication.
• Skills in patient education and emergency care are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Pure Health values our team and offers a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 to 160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
