This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients in a comfortable and flexible setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and necessary interventions or discharge planning.

• Develop, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate initial client needs and formulate appropriate therapy strategies.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to foster personal and professional growth, enhancing clinical skills.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive client care.

• Adopt a growth mindset, embracing continuous learning and adaptation in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Your ability to understand and address the unique challenges presented by each client will empower them to find pathways to stronger mental health and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Arizona.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after obtaining your degree is required.
\n
• Exceptional critical thinking, verbal communication, and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.

• Familiarity with culturally competent care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. You will be employed through a fee-for-service model, receiving guaranteed rates and prompt payment with no waiting period for reimbursements. Additional bonus opportunities are also available.
