Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services to clients, tailoring interventions to meet their individual needs through various methods, including face-to-face and virtual consultations.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring compliance with ever-changing federal, state, and county policies.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of each intern under supervision, ensuring all documentation meets audit compliance standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing performance evaluations and supportive discussions, providing constructive feedback to interns regarding their caseloads and therapeutic practices.
\n
• Coordinate with Centralized Intake teams, school site contacts, and other clinical supervisors to monitor intern assignments and address any emerging issues.
\n
• Engage in continuous quality assurance (QA/QI) efforts, auditing client records to uphold high compliance standards with agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Attend program and agency meetings, contributing insights and updates about ongoing operations.
\n
• Utilize the AWARDS electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate and timely data entry, ensuring client information is always current and readily accessible.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation for clients experiencing crises, ensuring immediate and responsive care is available.
\n
• Uphold cleanliness and safety of the virtual workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate manager.
\n
• Take part in implementing and monitoring all clinical program objectives, ensuring alignment with standards and practices.
\n
• Manage intern recruiting processes, including interviewing and onboarding, to align with organizational goals.
\n
• Plan, promote, and coordinate recruitment events aimed at attracting qualified interns and trainees.
