This role is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while engaging in meaningful therapeutic sessions with clients. As part of our outpatient care team, you will engage in synchronous video sessions, collaborating closely with both clients and fellow mental health professionals in a supportive and dynamic virtual environment. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of emotional and psychological disorders.

  Collaboratively create and implement individualized treatment plans while monitoring client progress through automated self-assessments and feedback tools integrated within our EMR system.

  Engage in regular consultation sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional support.

  Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our reliable counselor portal.

  Contribute to a collaborative culture by participating in community discussions with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors, sharing insights and strategies for optimal client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of adults experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress-related complications. The focus will be on delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions that foster healing and personal growth. At Brightside, we recognize the importance of sensitive care, particularly for individuals at increased risk, and therefore offer specialized training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) as part of our innovative Crisis Care Program.

Qualifications\n

  A valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) recognized in Oregon.

  A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology is preferred.

  Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in mental health settings.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
