Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses for a diverse range of patients, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are crafted and implemented using evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for providing psychotherapy, establishing a strong therapeutic rapport through audio and visual communication.

• Document all patient interactions and interventions meticulously in electronic medical records, including diagnostic information and billing codes to streamline reimbursement processes.

• Administer evidence-based screening tools for mental health and behavioral assessments to measure patient outcomes and therapeutic progress.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and health educators, to coordinate comprehensive care and make necessary referrals for additional services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a varied patient demographic, ranging from adolescents aged 12 to geriatric clients, many of whom may be facing terminal conditions or significant health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work and an active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
