Work Environment\n

The work environment at Fortis Rehab is dynamic and collaborative, fostering a culture of support, inclusivity, and professional growth. As a remote therapist, you will utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring seamless communication and therapeutic rapport with clients from the comfort of their homes. While traditional office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you may be required to accommodate some evening sessions based on individual patient needs, ensuring flexible and accessible care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their specific needs, challenges, and recovery goals.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, which may include Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Facilitate both individual counseling sessions and group therapy discussions, fostering a supportive therapeutic space where clients can share experiences and learn from one another.

• Provide crisis intervention support, equipping clients with coping strategies and immediate resources during substance-related emergencies.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated care that promotes holistic recovery.

• Educate clients and their families regarding addiction, recovery techniques, and available community resources to aid the recovery process.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings and case consultations, staying informed about the latest advancements in substance use treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol and drug addiction. You will work with a diverse population, comprising individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life situations. Each client's journey is unique, and your expertise will guide them through challenges and milestones in their recovery process, making a significant positive impact on their lives and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders and a strong grasp of evidence-based treatment methodologies specific to addiction recovery.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings is desired.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing empathy and non-judgmental engagement with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and a familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote counseling.

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
