This position is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule, while still maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office team. Our structured work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts as needed based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their specific needs, goals, and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily comprising individuals struggling with substance use disorders. You will address a variety of clinical needs, including but not limited to addiction recovery, mental health issues intertwined with substance use, and personal development. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe and therapeutic environment encouraging patients to express their thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of New York.

• Solid understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in conducting both individual and group therapy with a focus on addiction treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually.
