Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting secure remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and confidential environment through established telehealth platforms.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique relational dynamics, mental health issues, and family contexts, allowing for the development of individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who come from various backgrounds and present a variety of challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon or equivalent applicable region.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is preferred.

• At least two years of relevant experience in marriage and family therapy, ensuring you bring practical skills and insights to the team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
