Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling services will cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and various life challenges. Our comprehensive approach focuses on providing tailored support that empowers clients to achieve their personal goals, while also improving their overall mental health. You will work predominantly with adult clients, guiding them through therapeutic processes that are adapted to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A solid understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and various software tools for telehealth, video communications, and internal collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with diverse populations in a counseling setting.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience level.
