Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on critical issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions that cover essential topics such as bullying prevention, stress management strategies, and social skills development.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to address individual behavioral concerns, developing effective interventions that support student success.

• Assist students in transition planning and facilitate referrals to community resources to ensure continuous support.

• Respond to crises with prompt intervention, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Deliver psychoeducation workshops and informational sessions for students, parents, and staff, enriching community understanding of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary, ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to welcome our new team members.
