Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to determine client needs and inform treatment planning.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions via one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, utilizing CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring a quick and effective response while coordinating with healthcare professionals where necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in psychoeducation for clients and their families to equip them with essential skills and knowledge for effective mental health management.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adapt therapy plans based on client progress and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits\n
