We are committed to fostering a work-life balance, ensuring that our staff can thrive both personally and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough client evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's needs.Implement hands-on therapy techniques and lead exercise sessions designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and promote healing.Educate clients and their families on effective at-home exercises and self-care strategies to support their rehabilitation journey.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care coordination for optimal patient outcomes.Maintain meticulous records and documentation of patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with legal and organizational standards.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy to continually enhance therapeutic practices and patient care.Patient Population / Client FocusOur facility primarily serves patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, encompassing musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. We focus on providing personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each individual, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly clients working to regain mobility.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is essential.An active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is required.Possession of a valid CPR certification.Strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatment methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and interact with patients and their families.Preferred Experience3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within orthopedic rehabilitation.Hands-on experience with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities for pain management.Previous involvement in patient education or community outreach is an advantage.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
