Our facility is designed to promote healing and rehabilitation, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere conducive to patient recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize your orthopedic knowledge and clinical skills to deliver exceptional physical therapy treatments to patients.Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments that lead to customized treatment plans aligned with each patient's needs and rehabilitation goals.Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and support staff to ensure high standards of care and adherence to treatment protocols.Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to optimize patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, pain management strategies, and recovery programs post-treatment.Document patient progress rigorously in accordance with industry standards and facility protocols, contributing to ongoing improvements in patient care.Patient Population / Client FocusThis role primarily involves working with a diverse patient population that includes adolescents, adults, and older adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions. You will also engage with pediatric patients when required, providing specialized orthopedic care to support their growth and development.
