The position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. Our work schedule is designed to prioritize client needs while allowing for some flexibility; typical hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions, tailoring treatment plans to align with their individual needs.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities that have proven successful in promoting mental well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate client care effectively.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with information about treatment options and local community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with diverse populations facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Understanding the nuances of these conditions and being sensitive to the varying backgrounds and experiences of clients is crucial. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in supporting clients through their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCS), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT).
