Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with patients, facilitating open and honest dialogue.

• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and professional judgement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. By utilizing a family systems approach, you will facilitate therapies that not only address the individual’s issues but also enhance familial relationships, helping families strengthen their bonds and improve overall dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
