This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct utilization reviews for insurance companies, providing timely and appropriate clinical information necessary for obtaining both initial and ongoing authorizations.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients' family members and return calls or emails within two hours during business hours, and within 24 hours at other times, to ensure a support system is in place.
\n
• Coordinate with the Utilization Review Department and the Business Department about authorization and payment issues, optimizing the financial aspects of client care.
\n
• Engage in timely discharge planning from the first day of admission, ensuring clients and their families are informed about transition plans and required resources.
\n
• Facilitate admission assessments and the overall admission process for new clients with professionalism, empathy, and a welcoming demeanor.
\n
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings to discuss ongoing cases and collaborate with colleagues to establish and adjust treatment goals.
\n
• Provide crisis management support during therapy sessions, and work alongside milieu staff to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
\n
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately after each session to maintain high standards of care and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse client population presenting a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will tailor therapeutic interventions based on each individual’s needs, emphasizing a client-centered approach. Building strong therapeutic rapport is fundamental to your work, as you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys while fostering resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Must possess an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state in which you reside.

• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and effective email communication skills.

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively while collaborating with large healthcare providers and support staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n
