Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress, adhering strictly to regulatory standards.

• Employ clinically validated screening tools to assess client conditions, working closely with the clinical team to formulate effective interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop positive behavior support plans that promote client well-being and foster resilience.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest level of compliance and qualification for our services.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community organizations, and service systems to enhance support mechanisms for our clients.
\n
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with local, state, and federal entities to promote our programs and explore funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and statewide meetings to remain current in your field.
\n
• Uphold and integrate the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions and interventions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission and operations of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is a prerequisite for this position.

• Must possess a valid LMHC license issued by the state board, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in the mental health field.

• Proven ability to maintain meticulous clinical records and generate comprehensive reports reflecting patient care and treatment progress.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
