This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a commitment to client care. You will primarily conduct sessions via telehealth, providing a comfortable platform for clients to engage with their therapeutic process. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, creating detailed clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stability.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment solutions for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources within the community, advocating for their needs when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
