Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, facilitating discussions that empower them to explore emotions and gain insight into their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults who have low acuity mental health issues. We ensure that all clients are prescreened to confirm they are appropriate for online counseling, allowing you to focus your skills on those in need without the added complexity of severe mental health challenges. Additionally, we align clients with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a fulfilling counseling experience for both you and the client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice independently in the State of Washington, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, with no limited or provisional licenses accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature that facilitates a trustworthy therapeutic environment for clients.

• Proficient computer skills to adeptly use our therapy platform and manage client records.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants should have at least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy services, demonstrating a commitment to fostering client relationships and effective treatment methodologies. Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, depending on work hours and caseload.
