The clinic's operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional needs to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and family sessions, fostering a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to maximize client engagement and successful outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring that clients have access to appropriate resources during times of acute distress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with New York state regulations to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to continually enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from young adults to seniors. Many clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues. Counselors will work collaboratively with clients to navigate their personal journeys toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LMHC license in New York, maintained in good standing.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience within outpatient or similar mental health settings.
