Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of presenting problems by carefully reviewing patients' medical histories and records, ensuring accurate assessments.
• Examine patients, perform diagnostics, and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs.
• Prescribe appropriate courses of treatment autonomously, respecting the scope of your training and privileges.
• Assist the medical staff with inquiries and address patient concerns, ensuring prompt and effective follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members both verbally and electronically, fostering clarity and understanding.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality as well as compliance with healthcare laws.
• Identify personal learning needs and engage in continuous education programs to enhance clinical skills.
• Support fellow staff as necessary and actively participate in team-based care initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients requiring medical and surgical dermatology services. Candidates will work with a diverse patient population, including those with chronic skin conditions, cosmetic concerns, and various dermatological diseases. Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in dermatology is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of the dermatological field.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
