Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and mental health services to students facing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health status, focusing on their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each student’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to create supportive frameworks that foster student resilience and well-being.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline workflows, manage patient data, and facilitate coordination of care.

Your primary focus will be on working with students in the school system who are navigating mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess mental health conditions and develop effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
