Headquartered in Huntington, NY, the firm serves families and their advisors nationally. Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntington, NY. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support the firm’s growth engine across all three business pillars. This is a junior role with significant room to grow. You will help build and manage the sales pipeline, coordinate client and partner-facing events, manage an external marketing vendor relationship, support the proposal and deal-closing process, and contribute to a range of strategic growth initiatives. This role is well suited to someone who is organized, resourceful, and entrepreneurial . You'll have direct exposure to firm leadership and real client and partner relationships from day one. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver effective presentations. Candidates should possess experience in lead generation and prospecting within professional services or financial/real estate environments. Candidates should possess market research skills, including gathering and analyzing industry, competitor, and client data. Candidates should possess clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing and internal collaboration. Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. Experience in real estate, asset management, private wealth, or professional services is highly beneficial. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working with CRM and productivity tools are expected.
