Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day support to a senior executive in the financial services industry. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to a senior executive. Assist in administrative support for large groups and multiple team members. Oversee purchasing, payroll, records control, and human resources for the department head. Manage heavy email traffic with all levels of internal and external executives.
