Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

About Sayetta Brand Advisors Sayetta Brand Advisors is a boutique consulting firm specializing in licensing strategy and representation for the world’s great museums and cultural institutions. We work with leading institutions to develop and execute licensing programs that generate revenue while honoring their collections and missions. About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative coordinator to support the Founder and day-to-day operations of a fast-moving boutique consultancy. This is a part-time role suited to someone who thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial environment and takes genuine ownership of their work. Create and maintain professional documents including slide presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, and tracking tools across multiple client engagements Build and maintain a file organization system for the business — and keep it current Support scheduling and meeting preparation Maintain and organize contracts, proposals, and engagement documentation Support travel planning as needed (flights, hotels, itineraries) Assist with written communications and correspondence as directed Anticipate needs and flag issues before they become problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
