Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, establishing effective treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

  Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies to address various mental health issues.

  Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with clinic policies and external regulations.

  Effectively communicate patient progress with referring physicians and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.

  Engage families and support systems as essential partners in the client’s treatment process and discharge planning.

  Facilitate smooth discharge planning by collaborating with community resources to ensure clients receive necessary follow-up support and access to additional services.

  Actively participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and staff training to continuously enhance clinical skills and contribute to team development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  Active and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent is essential.

  At least 3 years of relevant experience providing mental health care in an outpatient setting is necessary.

  Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records management systems is critical.

  Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
