Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical providers as needed in an integrated care model to address all aspects of patient health and wellness.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorders to continuously improve therapeutic approaches and interventions.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in all client documentation and interactions.

• Participate in team case consultations, regular meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
