Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, allowing you to engage with clients and team members through digital platforms. You will be an essential part of our Detox Center, where we provide support to individuals undergoing substance use treatment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working collaboratively with families to set achievable objectives.

• Monitor outcomes regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to foster successful development and recovery.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, enhancing their understanding of child development and the resources available to them.
\n
• Administer developmental evaluations and assessments with adherence to federal and state regulations.
\n
• Establish rapport with children and families, facilitating a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies to design and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Communicate clearly with families, providing them with the information, skills, and support necessary for their child's growth.

• Employ coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of interventions.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for staff and individuals served in our program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children undergoing early intervention services, specifically those experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will help these young clients develop essential skills across various domains, such as cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and physical development, particularly during their formative years. Your contributions will significantly impact their families by supporting them through their child’s development journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• At least one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
