CX Strategy & Ops Leader — Scale Exceptional Experience

Notion is seeking a CX Strategy & Ops Lead to design and execute our customer support strategy at scale. You’ll partner with CX Leadership and cross‑functional teams to prioritize customer needs, drive improvements, and implement programs and technology for personalized support across digital and human channels. You’ll measure impact with KPIs like CSAT, FRT, and churn, build forecasting processes, and help evolve the tech stack (Zendesk, Gainsight, Decagon) while aligning with Notion’s GTM and #J-18808-Ljbffr Applied Labs
