Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs, tailored specifically for children and adults.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patients' active engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize recovery and address evolving patient goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously using our electronic record system, ensuring that all SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide education to patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, setting realistic expectations while addressing potential challenges.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals, contributing to the business objectives of Renew Motion Therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care for patients enrolled in multiple services.

Qualifications

• Willingness to conduct evaluations and provide treatments both in-person and through telehealth modalities when clinically appropriate.

Preferred Experience

While a new graduate may be considered, candidates with previous experience providing physical therapy services, particularly in a multidisciplinary setting, will be favored.
