Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's mental health history and needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Lead individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy, addressing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic support, ensuring seamless client care across disciplines.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer discussions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge about new therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience assisting individuals managing emotional or psychological difficulties.

Compensation and Benefits\n
