Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with adult clients via secure video conferencing platforms to support their mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by assessing client needs, utilizing symptom self-assessments, and tracking functional improvements and goal attainment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and stress management. Our approach emphasizes tailored therapeutic strategies that focus on the individual needs of each client, empowering them through self-exploration and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a Mental Health professional in California, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.
\n
• Strong analytical skills to make informed evaluations and treatment recommendations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms related to counseling and mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adult populations in various clinical settings, particularly in virtual environments.
