SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro & Stockton is currently seeking an Estimator/Job File Coordinator in our San Leandro Location .

We are currently seeking someone who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and a serious multi-tasker to support our talented Production Management team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Training Provided!
·         Monitor job progress and cause for any delays
·         Scheduling for the Production Department, with a contingency plan
·         Maintain job file documentation - advising team of anticipated completion
·         Notify vendors when their services are needed
·         Maintain internal and external communications - customers, vendors, office and management team
·         Ensure all daily documentation is collected and saved to the server/system - scanning documents and downloading photos
·         Learn and utilize our internal systems as well as the services our Production Team provides.
·         Assist the Office and Production Managers in customer questions and needs
·         Act as the liaison between the office and production teams, you would be a hub for communication
·         Assist other departments, as needed.

 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
·         2+ years of administrative or office related experience.
·         Experience with job customer service, scheduling, quality assurance, and the restoration process is a plus.
·         Experience in service industry environment a plus.
·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - with patience
·         Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.
·         Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
·         Self-motivated and goal oriented.
·         Ability to multi-task.
·         Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
·         Ability to learn new/proprietary software.
·         Minimum education High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
·         Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

 
HOURS
·         40 Hours/week.  Hours between 7:00am to 6:00pm.  8 hour shifts Monday-Friday, time may vary
·         Flexible to work overtime when required.

 

PAY RATE
Based on experience.
