Work Environment\n

This position is full-time and remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while participating in meaningful interactions with families through virtual sessions. Although primarily remote, you may be expected to attend local team meetings or community events periodically to strengthen team collaboration and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of each child in alignment with early intervention regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet each child’s specific developmental goals.
\n
• Monitor and assess the outcomes of implemented strategies, making recommendations as needed to ensure the best support for children and their families.
\n
• Provide targeted support and resources to families, equipping them with tools and knowledge necessary to foster their child's development within the natural learning environment.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and evidence-based practices during family interactions to promote effective learning and skill acquisition in children.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations and organizational policies to ensure high standards of care and safety.
\n
• Develop and maintain rapport with children and families to create a nurturing and positive learning atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on infants and toddlers diagnosed with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, providing emotional support, education, and resources to help them navigate their child’s unique challenges. As a vital part of our Children’s Services, your work ensures that children gain critical developmental skills during the crucial early years of life, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as recognized by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license, as some travel for meetings and events may be required.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and effective communication skills are essential to coordinate with families and team members successfully.

• A commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance child development.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
