Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in one’s schedule while effectively managing patient care. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, giving you the ability to create a schedule that aligns with your personal and professional needs. We offer in-house credentialing and assist with managing insurance participation, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to understand their unique circumstances, needs, and treatment goals.

• Perform initial patient evaluations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to prioritize and triage care effectively.

• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with interdisciplinary teams regarding assessment results, treatment plans, and client progress through documentation and regular meetings.

• Utilize your expertise to provide targeted clinical interventions and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate patients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Manage a case load of assigned patients, coordinating with both hospital and community resources to ensure they receive comprehensive and holistic care.

• Uphold ethical standards and ensure timely documentation is completed in alignment with departmental expectations.

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current mental health license in the State of New Jersey (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

• The ability to work flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week based on patient and organizational needs.
