This role allows for a flexible remote work setting, where the counselor will conduct sessions using various telehealth modalities while occasionally participating in face-to-face sessions as required. The center operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, enabling counselors to design schedules that best suit their lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs, ensuring thorough evaluations and assessments are conducted regularly.

• Delivering therapeutic modalities supported by evidence, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring that all facets of a client’s health are addressed.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding the integrity of client information.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying up-to-date with advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC at Navigate Family & Marriage Therapy Center will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance misuse. Our focus on family therapy and couple’s therapy allows you to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique dynamics and needs of each group, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.
