Cure Health Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Team. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance while still providing essential support to our clients. Our team operates with a core schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying their unique challenges and needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that consider developmental stages, cultural factors, and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.
\n
• Conduct family therapy sessions designed to empower parents and caregivers, fostering healthy home environments for our young patients.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a team of child psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
\n
• Educate patients and families about mental health, available treatment options, and effective community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health concerns. You'll be actively involved with patients facing various challenges, helping them navigate their emotions and behaviors within a supportive framework. Your expertise will be vital in assisting children and their families as they work through mental health issues that impact their daily lives and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Oregon.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as evidence-based treatment methods.
\n
• Experience providing individual and family therapy specifically in a child and adolescent setting.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting an empathetic and child-focused approach.
\n
• Ability to build trust and rapport with both young clients and their families.
\n
• Proficiency in EHR systems and other relevant clinical software.
\n
• A commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health counseling or a related field, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of young patients.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional incentives may include a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
