Health Flow Psychological Center is seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs, to join our impactful outpatient team. Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still being an integral part of our outpatient team. Our standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required based on patient needs. You will have access to necessary tools and resources to efficiently perform your duties, including a robust electronic health record (EHR) system to keep patient data organized and secure.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify individual patient needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s specific condition and life circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe environment for participants to share their experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.

• Address mental health crises by providing immediate intervention and support to those in distress.
\n
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team consultations and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and share best practices.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy and integrate new knowledge into daily practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• Proven expertise in mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Capability to deliver both individual and group therapy to a diverse patient demographic.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

• Strong judgment and adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, providing services in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
