Our mental health counselors enjoy a flexible work schedule that primarily runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while also allowing for adjustments to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' unique experiences and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, leveraging methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, tailored to the cultural and personal backgrounds of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support patients in addressing mental health concerns while promoting resilience, self-advocacy, and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilization to those in crisis.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards in record keeping.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress, and engage in ongoing cultural competency training to enhance care delivery.
