Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring that an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plan are developed.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to promote emotional healing and resilience.

• Document client progress thoroughly through detailed progress notes, treatment updates, and closing summaries, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Mental Health Coordinator or Clinical Supervisor to discuss complex cases and receive professional guidance.

• Support the Behavioral Health Department by coordinating special programs and resources aimed at preventive mental health services.

• Provide training and consultation to facility staff to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
