The role focuses on onboarding coordination, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and engagement initiatives while serving as a key point of contact for employees and leadership. The individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership while ensuring HR processes are organized, compliant, and aligned with Redi Services’ mission and values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding activities, new‑hire paperwork, orientation, and employee file management Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre‑employment processes (including new‑hire testing) Support employee relations by responding to employee questions and directing concerns appropriately Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and compliance documentation Support payroll‑related administrative functions and employee updates Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tracking Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support managers and employees with day‑to‑day HR needs Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of discretion and confidentiality Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire Preferred Experience with HRIS systems and payroll systems Intensive onboarding and orientation experience Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices Why Redi Services?
