This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients via telehealth platforms. Our flexible scheduling typically occurs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, although there may be occasional adjustments based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using solution-focused, evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage clients through a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized interventions, ensuring the highest level of care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring all client information is protected.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
