Admin Assistant

Admin Assistant Alexandria Moulding and SBP Brand are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join our values-based organization. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of coordination between the site and corporate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams Process and record customer check payments with accuracy and timeliness Match receiving documentation to vendor invoices to ensure proper validation of goods and services Assign appropriate General Ledger codes to invoices in accordance with company guidelines Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization Perform monthly site credit card reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are supported and compliant with policy Identify discrepancies and proactively work across teams to resolve issues Maintain organized and audit‑ready documentation to support all financial transactions Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and controls Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications Qualifications High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Up to 3 years of related experience Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email system, internet skills Strong attention to detail with consistent follow‑through and follow‑up to ensure accuracy and completion Compensation: Starting hourly rate $18.00 per hour based on experience.
