Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships through open communication and empathy.
\n
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and appropriately planning for discharge when indicated.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continually assess individual, person-centered treatment plans designed to meet the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, including intake assessments and progress notes, in accordance with established clinical and legal standards.

• Engage in individual supervision to strengthen your clinical skills and share insights and challenges encountered in your practice.
\n
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, exchange relevant information and improve overall client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The goal is to equip clients with the skills and support they need to foster resilience and achieve lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
\n
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience providing direct psychotherapy services in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient with technology, including experience with electronic health record systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and specific mental health management software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our practitioners operate on a fee-for-service model, ensuring predictable income with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections.
